A Dynamic Analyzer Professional with more than 9 years of dedicated knowledge and experience of process and environmental analyzer systems and related subsystems in all aspects as briefed below:
-Expert in Analyzer systems Specification, Technology selection, Design&Engineering, Integration, Construction, Installation, FAT, Commissioning&Start-up, SAT, Training, Maintenance and performance monitoring and Evaluation in different industries, i.e. Olefins plants, LNG, LDPE, LLDPE, Sulfur recovery plants, water and wastewater plants and Utilities/Power Generation plant.
-Expert in All parts of analyzer system starting from sample extraction (Probe) and up to sample disposal/return and going through sample preconditioning, transportation, conditioning then the analyzer and communication interface.
-Experience in CEMS, AQMS and Data Acquisition and handling Systems engineering, configuration, operation and maintenance according to USEPA and country’s local regulations.
-Detailed experience in Sampling Systems Engineering, construction, evaluation and maintenance; Sample probes, Primary Sampling System, Sample Conditioning Systems and Sample venting/disposal systems.
-Experience in Specification/Design & Engineering, Maintenance and Operation of Analyzer Houses, shelters, cabinets and all associated safety monitoring system and HVAC systems.
-Range of analyzers/analyzer system components manufacturers and system integrators Knowledge
-Range of analytical methods and techniques knowledge including but not limited to Chromatography, spectroscopy, electrochemical cells, paramagnetic, Coulometric, TCD, FID, ISE, FPD, TOC, COD, BOD, QCM, TDLS, Paper tape, physical proprieties, Calorimeters, colorimeters and chemiluminescence.
-Experience in combustible and toxic gas detectors, fire & gas detection systems and Fire suppression systems.
-Familiar with control valves, pressure, temperature, flow, level transmitters & switches, Control systems and communication devices and protocols.
-Knowing most of Analyzer Systems Related Standards, Codes and best Practices from ISA, IEC, NFPA, API, ISO, PIP and ASTM.
