 Familiar with various International codes like API, ASME and BP ETP
 Involved in all areas of project management from FEED through construction to commissioning and hand-over and currently responsible for all flow assurance scope for the new subsea project design and the existing wells in addition to the process activities.
 Development of P&ID,PFD, Data sheet, Mass and Energy balance
 Review all aspects associated with process engineering requirements.
 Knowledge in safe operations of process units, including experience with process safety elements such HAZOPs, LOPA and SIL review and behavioral safety.
 Building & configuring process simulation models using Hysys, flare net and PRO II Process Simulators.
 Carry out all flow assurance aspects using OLGA, PVT SIM and PIPESIM.
 Steady state and transient analysis calculation
 Carrying out dynamic process & control studies.
 Equipment and line sizing calculations
 Pumps hydraulics
 Involved in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities
 Relief systems and control valves design.
 Equipment and Instrument datasheets
 Good Experience in construction
 Preparing scope of Works and Vendor technical bid evaluation
