Aashim Wadhwa

Aashim has extensive experience in Africa focusing on new business evaluation and business development, cost reduction strategies and operations. In his earlier assignments, aashim has worked on extraction operations exploring offshore gas in addition to his experience in downstream pipe designing process. This experience is well supported with Mechanical Engineering from a premier and oldest Institution in India.Having worked in very demanding environment, he has learnt to cope with stress and pressure situations and is adept at managing his time and work efficiently. Aashim had the opportunity of working in culturally diverse teams, both as a member and as a leader and has demonstrated adaptability in working among people with different culture, religion and background. He travels regularly to Western Africa and has a good knowledge of issues specific to African continent.
Presently, based out of Nigeria, he is working as a sales manager ISPAT STEEL, for the West African market and is managing the sales and business development operations in Lagos for the Nigeria.
