• Worked on Proposals, part of pre-sales and CoE team. Experience of Large Projects Bid Management and Solution Binding of different applications with respect to Integrations and data flow.
• Good Experience in Preparation and designing of Project Plans, Shift Plans and Test Plans.
• Extensive knowledge of OUM & AIM Methodologies, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies
• Good exposure to Project Management Tools, Version Control Tools, Document Management, Ticketing Management Tools (MS-Projects, Quality Center, HPSD, Documentum, Kintana, Win CVS, Tortoise CVS, Service Now etc.).
• Exposure to all phases in Software Development life cycle.
• Excellent communication skills, team management skills, People management and result oriented. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with exposure on diverse internal and external technical environments.
• Trained on Six Sigma Concepts, Project Management methodologies and Quality process.
• Attended many trainings to enhance my leadership and managing abilities and also provided many trainings to team members, others and new entrants.
