I am an Indian experienced Chartered Accountant (FCA) and IIM-Calcutta (Special Certificate Course in Strategic Management). I have post qualification experience 25 years plus in the field of Management Audit, Internal Audit, Assurance & Compliance Audit, Financial Audit, Operation Audit and Due Diligent Audit during Merger and Acquisition Period. I was in BIG-4 (E&Y and Deloitte) and MNC. Last 15 years I am heading the audit department including a very big organization (Adani group-Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management & FMCG/ Ports/ Power/ Transmission/Real Estate/Logistics/Agri. Fresh/EPC Projects/City Gas Distribution/Oil Exploration etc.).On the job, 10 plus executives and 4 Co-Source Partners are reporting to me and I am reporting to Managing Director and Audit Committee
