Liaising with Architects, Consultants, Contractors, Sub-Contractors & External Agencies for determining technical specifications, approvals and obtaining statutory clearances
Drawing rough layouts of the planned structure and ensuring that the design works & making necessary changes to the designs, drawings or specifications
Establishing the systems for effective monitoring of the scheduled activities for timely completion of the projects. Participating in project review meetings for evaluating project progress & de-bottlenecking; managing overall project planning and scheduling
Coordinating with external agencies for techno-commercial negotiations, preparation of tender / contract documents, cost estimates, including billing, variation / deviation proposals, claims, so on
Conducting feasibility and impact studies, preparing presentation for stakeholders, preparing quantity estimate and status reports, performing QC checks
Examining structures at risk of collapse and advising how to improve their structural integrity, such as recommending removal or repair of defective parts or rebuilding the entire structure
Steering required modifications in designs & detailing of all structures as per requirement during execution; ensuring that the construction supervision is accomplished as per technical specifications
Preparing the project evaluation framework to assess the strengths & identify the areas of improvement; ensuring that all related activities are operated as per policies & procedures of the organization
Inspecting field sites to observe & evaluate conditions for availability of resources to collect data & measurement
