Myself Parthiban Madan Gopal . I am writing in response to the opening for Accountant – Finance or Accounts position currently available. As my resume indicates, I have graduated my Postgraduate Degree, majoring in Finance & Taxation from Karnataka State Open University, Mysore in June 2014. Since I graduated from my bachelor degree, I knew Finance & Taxation is going to be my field of work. I am lucky to find a job and an expertise that I am passionate about. My working experience will show you a various Accounting skills I have develop during 4 years & 5 months of working in Accounts work. These are some work I have involved during my employment year:

 Maintain Purchase & Sales Book, preparing Vouchers
 Accounting invoices of Sales & Purchases Bills.
 Coordinate with Creditors & Debtors.
 Preparing monthly Vendor payment, Receipt & Payment Statement, Collection Statement.
 Issuing E-Sugam, C- Form and Preparing Debit Note.
 Report Coordinate for Bills Payable & Receivable.
 Quarterly filing of E-TDS returns for TDS on proof, Salaries, Contractors, Subcontractors, Advertisement, Rent, and Commission & Brokerage.
 Handling of Petty cash & making of Provision for Expenses.
 Passing the entries of Payment, Receipt, & Journal Ledger.
 Reconciliation of the Accounts creditors, debtor’s statement, Bank statement & Credit cards.
 Ensuring the necessary month end journals to provide for provision and accruals.
 Maintained of each document files. (Book Keeping).
 Preparing the monthly Expenses report.
 Half yearly filing of E-Service tax returns & monthly payment.
 Monthly filling of Vat, Luxury Tax, Professional tax.
 Pay roll of (Salaries, Pay Slip).
