I am a senior interior designer based in India, driven with true passion to design. With more than 10 years of diverse professional experience including high profile projects of a wide range of types, scales and complexity across residential, hospitality, healthcare, and commercial sectors with varied responsibilities. I have continuously proven my ability to accomplish multiple task and priorities with accuracy and proficiency. I worked on and completed top Interior Design projects for varied clientele across India.

 SPECIALISATION: Hospitality design is my forte. Having started the process through Raintree Hotel, Mt.Road as an in-house architect and interior designer. Worked with various hospitality specialists and international designers on the project and being at the site for 2 years gave me the exposure of every nits and bits of hospitality design that layed the foundation for my future works. I started my career at FHD Group as a hospitality specialist deputed for their hotel projects. Starting my career from that point I went on to grow to the level of Manager – Design & Interiors taking care of various interior design and architecture projects as highlighted in my portfolio.
 TEAM PLAYER: Leading and guiding a team of 12 people including senior designers, architects, multimedia professionals and Trainees. Also proactively interfaced with various consultants, contractors, clients, site engineers and contributed design inputs & relevant directions for desired work execution.
 CREATIVE PRACTICE: Leading a successful practice by creating a range of design solutions and shape a space that fulfills both the aspiration of the client and also keeps the latest development and trends into consideration within the budget constraints.
 PROJECT PLANNING: Project planning of various multi-disciplined projects that happen simultaneously to match the team capacity and also deliver profitable revenue for the company. Also personal ability to handle multiple tasks in high pressure environments and under tight deadlines.
 TENDERING & EVALUATION: Acquired hands on exposure to contractual management, documentation & writing specifications, item nomenclature and rate analysis and an overview about the issue pertaining to construction. Subsequent tendering process of appointment of contractor for construction works. Evaluate various bidders based on their technical strengths, executed projects and cost evaluation.

All along the process to evaluate and keep the project profitable and if necessary highlight and take scope expansion from client for additional revisions or new scopes.

 PROJECTS: Design of varied projects ranging from 5 star hotels, healthcare, head quarters, office buildings, High-end residences, model-flats and club houses. Also established credibility in delivering quality and creative projects within demanding time and budget parameters.
