I am currently working as Contracts Administrator for Archirodon Construction S.A. in Doha Metro Rail -RLSEAG Project. I am :

 Well versed with FIDIC (Yellow and Red Book) and Bespoke/ Customized FIDIC Contracts (Qatar Rail and Qatar Petroleum);

 Efficient administering and management of Main Contract and Subcontracts;
 In depth knowledge of contractual procedures starting from the award of LOI/LOA to the issuance of Performance certificate;

 Deft in preparing Claims & Variations and managing their procedures;
 Proficient in Quantification & Costing-Quantum Evaluation for Claims and Variations;
 Skilled drafting of day to day contractual correspondences;
 Deft in drafting Notices (for Claims, Early Warnings, Variations and for referring any determination of Engineer’ Assistant to the Engineer) and detailed Claims.

 Proficient in assessing Subcontractor’s Claims and EOT requests and preparing contractual responses thereto;
