Key of Qualification:

I have around 12 years of experience in construction supervision of NHAI & State Highway projects and irrigation, Under Ground Drainage works (UGD), Water Treatment plants (WTP), Over Head Tanks Works (OHT) , MS PIPE laying 165 Km, 65 cusecs capacity pump houses 2 Nos.
JOB PROFILE:
Projects Planning and monitoring as well as Quantifying, and Cost Estimation, Sub Contractors contracting items and rate analysis, synopsis, Preparation of IPC’s (Interim Payment Certificate) with reference to the DPR’s, RFI’s and Lab reports. Preparation of Price Escalation, preparing Monthly progress report (MPR), preparation of Variation orders, preparation of rate analysis for non BOQ items, bar charts, Preparation of cross sections, Preparing Km-wise abstracts for each cross sectional item. Preparation of work program, review of specification clauses, Preparation of Culverts & Bridges, Working Drawings, preparation and finalization of subcontractor bills.
Construction pavement layers includes Earth Work Excavation, Embankment, Formation of Sub grade, Granular Sub Base, WMM, Prime coat and Tack coat surface dressing, DBM and BC. Proper quality control of all materials and works processes were exercised and proper work documentation was maintained as per ISO Standards.
Individually developed billing particulars and Longitudinal Sections and Cross Section drawings, includes Volume and Area calculations of all items and Camber correction using AutoCAD, MS-Excel with Macros and Visual Basic Programming for fast and efficient work.
