• Detailed Engineering for Offshore FPSO and Fixed platform topsides modules using SACS and STAAD Pro V8i software’s as per API code, DNV, Noble Denton and AISC Guidelines.
• In-service and Pre service analysis of FPSO and Fixed platform Topsides modules including In-place analysis (Both normal and extreme operating case), Barge transportation analysis, Transit Survival condition, Load out analysis and Lifting analysis.
• Design of Lifting arrangements including Pad eye, Lifting beam spreader bar, Sling and Shackle design. Design of Monorail beam for Lay down areas, Weight and COG calculation for module.
• Checking of engineering drawings and 3D model to match the design intent using Navis works tool.
• Connection design and Stability analysis during erection of steel structures in conventional building as per international codes AISC and BS codes.
• Preparation of technical specification and design basis for civil and structural works in onshore structures
• Conversant with numerical modeling software packages such as SACS, STAAD V8i, ANSYS and GT Strudl.
