• Monitor and verify Contractor's work progress in all areas for the purpose of progress payments and assist the Project/Site Manager in issuing the payment certificates with all necessary backup and evidence..
• Maintain records for all payments made by the Employer to the Contractor. This comprises separate payments for the commercial value of goods/services and for the related VAT.
• Maintain records for all contract variations whether implicitly or explicitly agreed between Contractor and Employer.
• Liaise with Architectural, Structural & MEP consultant on drawing, BOQ, technical specifications with consultants and prioritized deliverables as per site requirement.
