Having over 12 years of invaluable experience in onshore / Jetty oil and gas & FPSO, Ship building construction sites and fabrication yards. I have dept knowledge in blasting and painting QA/QC inspection for cross country gas pipe lines, MPP piping station, Heat Exchanger, domestic and overseas projects. Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of international quality specifications, procedures and safety codes and practices for Epoxy, Zinc, MIO, Polyurethane / FBE power coating / hot wrapping shrink sleeve / 3LPE & 3LPP Coating insulation/fire proofing & PFP coating operations and general site safety. Having work approval from world reputed oil & gas clients for painting and coating QC inspection .Good strategic appreciation and vision I am fully conversant with Isometric and P&ID drawings, client QA/QC documentation auditing, and troubleshooting and package design reviewing for coating system conformity.
