Over 20 years of practical, extensive and professional experience, starting from an employee in architectural-engineering consulting offices with projects in Egypt, K.S.A and U.A.E, to a self- employed as founder of an architectural studio - a business based on Design &Build approach, to an international employee as a Team Leader Architect in one of UN sister organizations (UNRWA).

A variety of challenges were addressed through different situations with different responsibilities, tasks and goals, starting from sketching the designs concept , to undertake the full drawings /documents for tenders – to establish an architectural small scale enterprise ( Mission &Vision /recruiting staff / Business development strategy / marketing/public relations / management ) with lessons-learned to update the studio policy to guarantee a share in the market led to add Real Estate activities (Design & Build) which gave the studio a kick-off forward with new tasks of feasibility studies, costs analysis, pricing, procurement and purchasing materials, supervision and sites’ visits .
