Yenal Sumertas

Yenal is currently working for a JV between a European luxury retail outlet developer, McArthurGlen, and an investments company, Fiba Group, as Senior Retail Leasing Manager.

He is responsible for leasing a portfolio of luxury designer outlets across Turkey and also oversees the leasing for the 8 shopping malls under the Fiba Group portfolio.

Yenal has been successful in managing the entire execution of the leasing process; from setting rental rates, tenant negotiation, rate revision, tenant mix, merchandising plans and mix to working closely with the projects team to define tenant layout, design and fit-out and follows up with the tenant to monitor the progress, all the way to completion, signing and opening.
