I am a Sr. Level Finance and Accounts Professional with qualification of B.Com, CA in the year 2000 and have a total experience of nearly 18 years which includes Audit, Taxation, Financial controls, close the books (I GAAP and U GAAP), consolidation, compliances, managing working capital and corporate roles with a proven track record of managing strategic roles focused on delivering timely and accurate results, team development and supports in generating top line profitable growth.
I am Six Sigma greenbelt trained and also did a Diploma in IFRS from ACCA, UK.
Currently I am operating as Sr. Manager Finance & Accounts with Ingersoll Rand wherein I am responsible for plant finance & accounts, taxation and compliances and leading a team of 4 members. Before this; for over 3 years I was with Eaton Industrial System as Plant Controller taking care of Finance function of a Plant.
Prior to this, I was working as Executive Manager Finance with Cummins Generator Technology for nearly 3 years- Responsible for whole finance function for the plant including indirect tax for the entity.
Before Cummins, I was with Badve Engineers as Sr Manager Finance in corporate office for over 1 year- was primarily responsible for fund management, process improvement in the various plant accounting and controls and finalization of balance sheet for the group as a whole.
I started my industrial career with Indo European Breweries Limited ( A bottler of Coca Cola) and was with them for nearly 3 years, managing whole finance function for the plant.
During my initial career before turning to industry in 2004, I had worked with few leading chartered accountants firms in or around Delhi working as Sr. Audit /Taxation Executive in charge.
