As a Cisco, Microsoft, ITIL and Nortel Certified senior IT professional with nearly 20 years of experience across diverse organizational domains, having significant exposure in administration of network with 1500+ users, having 20+ high-availability production servers and 18 remote locations, I present herewith, my candidature to work with your company, in a challenging senior managerial role and add value to the operations.

Instrumental in development of SLA Service Catalogue, I am presently associated as Infrastructure Team Lead / Sr. System Engineer with Traffic / Saher Violation Center (Western Region), involved in management of IT infrastructure (Storage, VMware, Backup & Microsoft) & support for Dallah Trans Arabia SAHER Project based in Jeddah including management of users, groups, roles and access permissions. I have also been involved in planning/ implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting regional infrastructure including implementation of defined network security parameters at regional level in one of my previous assignments.
