Construction work for projects assuming entire responsibility and provide necessary Technical information This includes on Engineering Management, Erection, Fabrication, Hydro Test, Pneumatic Test Punch A, B and C Pre-commissioning commissioning and Valve Hydro Test Shell and Seat Test also. UG / AG and low Pressure and High Pressure Pipes have experience in 1/2” to 60” Pipe and done the pipelines works in size from 8” up to 72” approximately 150 KM Long. I have experience in Structural, Welding, Scaffolding and Equipment Erection and Connection. Experience in Brownfield and Greenfield facilities. Generate piping drawings and isometrics for construction. Familiar with various international Codes and standard for example ANSI, ASME, API and piping codes B31.1, B31.3, B31.4; B31.8 etc. Reviewed prepared and handled various work packages. Issuing and control Materials to the ongoing project.

Position Overview:
Prepares and implements the work execution plan and budget as relevant to the construction activities together with Project Manager Onshore, Engineer and Project Control Engineer. Manages and coordinates construction activities. Ensure that the piping and layout design is in compliance with the Basis of Design, relevant codes and specifications, and with project objectives of safety, maintainability, operability, and access. Responsible for the construction, erection, installation and testing of all piping systems. Provide active onsite assistance during fabrication to ensure that all piping systems and components are installed and tested in accordance with the design documents.

Daily Duties and Responsibility’s:
Studying contract documentation and Scope of Work my second preference will be to flow client Safety & Quality procedure and to convince my senior staff to do the same. Insure good relations are maintained through the project and dealing with subcontracted or contractor. Co-ordination of the construction site including construction related schedule, budget, quality and safety. Planning and execution of the site arrangements. Assesses discipline specific manpower requirements at the estimation stage for inclusion in project bids. Keeps informed of developments in the field of Engineering and brings to notice those could be of benefit to the Company. Coordinating the interface of the construction work with other contractors on the site. Monitor the material incorporated in the work, the materials store and contractor’s manpower and equipment. Attending other progress meetings held at the site as required by the SRE. Coordinating with contractors supervisory personnel regarding schedule, sequence, and method of work. Maintain safety & healthy environment through the project.
