 Responsibilities…
1. Production planning.
2. To achieve targeted production on weekly basis.
3. Review of material status as per plan daily.
4. Machine and manpower plan to meet targeted plan.
5. Safety of workers and environment production.
6. Training of workers (Quality, productivity, efficiency, Hygiene, safety etc).
7. Hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP) Implementation and review.
8. Critical control points (CCP) monitoring on daily basis.
9. Coordinating with store, purchase dept. for material availability.
10. Documentation (FDA, Batch sheets, CCP check list etc).
11. Hygiene report and micro biological report.
12. Audits as per schedule (process, B.S.R, Traceability etc).
13. Planning for total productive maintenance of all mfg and pkg m/c.
14. Reporting to directors of daily production/breakdowns report.
15. To maintain 100% yield of all products (oral care, Hair care, skin care, Household etc).
16. To minimizes the online rejections & increased productivity & Quality of products.
17. Quality control and quality assurance (R/M, P/M Analisis, FG clearance, Micro biological clearance).
18. Sanctioning leave for workers & officers as per Availability of manpower.
19. Coordinate with supply planning team production for delivery schedules and commits. To chase FG deliverable closely with required follow ups to ensure 100% availability within agreed timeline with marketing.
20. Coordinate with other stakeholders Pkg Development, purchase, central samples warehouse in case of any bottleneck.
21. Implementing major cost saving strategies, productivityenhancement and improvement.
22. Attending weekly meeting with HUL production planers regarding weekly and monthly production planes and discuss for investment and modification need to be done in machine to improve productivity and reduce manual works for better quality and discuss all other factory issues.
23. Daily meeting with all engineers and operators to reduce M/C maintenance cost and modification required to improve productivity, quality of products and give training to M/C operation to reduce rejection and improve efficiency of M/C.
24. Preparing technical efficiency weekly & monthly basis.
