An experienced and seasoned business analyst with experience in management consulting, Werner also has, business process outsourcing, optimization and re-engineering, systems analysis and design experience. He has performed a project/program management role, however his passion lies in consultative and applied business analysis, with a preference for solution design, benefits realization planning, management and tracking, process analysis, optimization and design. This is evidenced by his high level of understanding of banking architectures and transactional platforms and channels, and out of the box hands on approach and outstanding communication, influencing, negotiation and engagement skills at all levels.

Werner’s industry experience, gained primarily in local and international financial and retail services over the past 15 years, encompasses management consulting, multi-channel services, online banking services, management information, data migration, CRM and document management, compliance initiatives, information security and a variety of process re-engineering initiatives.
