I am responsible for all AR (account receivable activities including collection of all outstanding from our customers. we also ensure 100 % bills submission to our each and every customer after that we chase our payment from our customers, i am also responsible for sort out all issues of customers by which our payment stopped by customer. I visit customers and meet them and understand their issues, i am also responsible for make good relationship with customer by which we can make a good payment flow and can make a good business in future. i am also responsible for collect TDS certificates from all customers, i also responsible for collect all old pending amount or bad debts amount from old customers.
