I have 20 years of professional experience working in reputable Organizations, Banks and Investment Companies in U.A.E. such as Etisalat, National Bank of Abu Dhabi and Finance House. I held the position of Finance and Operations Manager in most of these firms. I have Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Chifley Business School-Australia and Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Cairo University.
Here are some of my main duties as Finance and Admin Manager:
• Achieve accounting operational objectives by contributing accounting information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; determining system improvements; implementing change.
• Prepare and ensure implementation of the Recruitment objectives.
• Meet accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Cash Management & Cash flow.
• Ensure vendor contracts are as per business requirements at reasonable cost and comply with policies & procedures
• Control the Risk Management.
• Directing the fund's investment.
• Auditing the daily transactions between the orders and the activity log.
• Prepare weekly & monthly reports for the high management.
• Daily & weekly reconciliation for banks statements, and prepare sundry debtors and creditors.
