• Own the marketing (Online and Offline) strategy. Manage branding, advertising, promotions, & communication activities ensuring maximum brand visibility

• Partner with all business functions, especially sales to develop strategy and tactical implementation of marketing initiatives
• Researching consumer markets, monitoring marketing trends and identifying potential areas in which to invest based upon consumer needs and spending habits.
• Liaising with PR, Digital, IR agencies
• Coming up with ideas for new packaging designs, including shape, size, color, fonts and imagery.
• Supervising the sign off of marketing literature and campaigns, liaising with legal and compliance personnel, ensuring designing and messages meet the company brand regulatory guidelines.
• Monitoring product distribution and consumer reactions through focus groups and market research.
