• Effective communicator with good interpersonal skills and hands-on exposure in coordinating with the eligible candidates.
• Possess excellent experience of end-to-end recruitment process to fulfil all new / upcoming / existing project needs within given TAT (turnaround time) from client, taking care of bench resources like allocating them new projects, rotating contract employees for multiple projects.
