Vaishali Parmar

I have a truly interdisciplinary background, having studied Human resource management. My PhD research included paradigms from an explorative case study on CSR and employee behavior at Welspun India Ltd, Anjar, GJ. I am confident in my abilities to design and run experimental projects, having worked independently throughout my PhD on a case study of my own design.

My proposed research program is explicitly designed to be performed by undergraduates at college, combining elements of organizational behavior, labour laws, and Industrial relations to probe the structure and function of corporate development.

I am particularly attracted to organizations that promote interdisciplinary, unusual and innovative approaches to business.
