In charge for overall accounts including stores, insurance Claims, statutory records of t he company. Statutory requirements like VAT, profit tax, withholding tax.Preparing various MIS reports and monthly financial statements. Co-ordinate with HO, dispatch dept. and purchase dept. Train local staff and handling factory petty cash. Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the users and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures. Prepare all supporting information for the annual audit and liaise with the Audit Committee and the external auditors as necessary and other jobs assigned by superiors
