In depth, Understanding and Knowledge of Local Labour Laws related to Recruitment.
Bachelor degree holder in Law from Kerala University with experience in Administration, Legal and Documentation whose areas of core competency and interest include: human resources management ,recruitments, training and development, brand management, team management, corporate relations.
Proficiency in drafting legal / commercial documents.
In depth understanding of Contract Laws, Corporate Laws, and Taxation Laws.

AREAS OF EXPOSURE

PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT /RECRUITMENT'S/TRAINING'S
Comprehensive recruitment activities like telephonic interviews, campus recruitment's, and other events. Resourcing candidates through head hunting, with support of job sites, using Web 2.0 tools like LinkedIn, Face book, short-listing suitable candidates particularly for senior positions.
Developing Job Descriptions in consultation with HOD`s, Screening of resumes and short-listing candidates in coordination with division heads. Completing formalities for interviews with candidates and organizing interview sessions. Organizing orientation and induction programs for newly hired executives, including hand over of the joining letter.
Working in close coordination with the employees, motivating a harmonious work culture and resolving interpersonal issues that arise.
Identifying training needs & ensuring measurability & effectiveness across the organization.
