 Formalized new technical documents and upgraded existing to boost sustained production process.
 Coordinate with other department head to increase overall efficiency of company.
 Responsible for purchasing, control inventory and handling of raw material.
 Responsible for all technical aspects in melting department and rejection analysis including Root cause & CAPA.
 Controlling chemical composition with the use of spectrometer.(Thermo Fisher made, Spectromaxx)
 Faced audit of ISO, AS, BV, TUV, and ABS.
 Also worked in R&D Lab for metallurgical aspects. (Microstructure, Heat-treatment, mechanical testing etc.)
 Monitored Induction furnace and gas fire furnace.
