A Post-graduate with Diploma in Computer Applications. My 20+ years of rich experiences in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and Administration with multi nationalities makes me confident of handling assignments in the Middle-East successfully.
Presently, I am working as a Recruitment Manager for an Agency in Mangalore.
I have worked for Al Jaber Energy Services, Abudhabi for some time and left Middle East after my father demise and initiated an agency at Mangalore. Before Al Jaber I served M/s. RADIC (Al Rajhi for Development and Investment Company, Oman), a Civil Construction Co. at Muscat as a Recruitment Officer and handled recruitment of manpower from India for the project of 2200 villas at Bathiniya region, Oman. Al-Rajhi is one of the biggest establishments in Saudi Arabia and has branches around the world with various activities. RADIC-Oman wing is the new presence at Oman and awarded a Govt. project of Building Construction activities. I was proposed by my Ex-director who is the CEO of this new company. We have recruited more than 2000 workers (Mason, Carpenter and Steel Fixers) from different area of INDIA and visited most of the cities of INDIA for selection. Even recruited around 200 Civil Engineers, Civil Supervisors and Draftsman’s.
Before joining RADIC, I worked as a Senior Recruitment Specialist for M/s Saudi Arabian Mining Company Ltd. (Ma’aden) one of the Saudi Arabian joint stock companies formed in March 1997 under Royal Decree Number M/17 (ministry of Petroleum and Minerals) at Saudi Arabia (Head office in Riyadh). Ma’aden engages in the development, advancement and improvement of all aspects of the mineral industry, mineral products and by-products and related industries in Saudi Arabia.
I am intend to gain maximum Knowledge and highest position in Human Resources Management within a Scientific/Industrial organization and have been achieved to increase the staff numbers of M/s Penspen International Ltd. from 85 to 145 (Design Engineers) within 15 months of duration. I am able to manage the data of mobilization for more than 1000 unskilled, Semi Skilled and various other categories of personnel from Asian Countries for a single Construction company at Dubai by only using Excel formulas. I could able to bring number of business to the company from many construction companies and other various sectors. I am an expert of head hunting and have been supplied good CV’s to the ADNOC (ADCO, ADGAS…etc) group of companies through company website, personal contacts and other general job portals like Bayt.com, Monster.com, oil and gasjobsearch.com, oilcarrers.com, infooil.com naukri.com, Gulf Talent, Expat Engineers etc in my tenure at EGSE. I have managed a busy personnel Dept. of having 1800 employees in a Petro-Mechanical Construction company (M/s. Abdulla Fouad group – FAFCO, Petcon & AFCO) assisting Personnel Manager of the company.
