I am a seasoned Management practitioner, with over 20 years of rich experience in Strategic / operational level management of large workforce across the geographies of India.

Currently i consult on HR Management strategies, Manpower Planning, organization structuring, Process mapping, Project Management, merger integration and major transformation programs.

My background in Human Resources Management combined with Industrial Relations, Shared services, Operations, Projects and Process Management represent a unique combination of disciplines pertaining to employee life cycle.

I have also accumulated familiarity with the functional processes of varied sectors like Education, Manufacturing, Hospitality ,IT / ITES , Infra-structure and Retail projects from conceptualization till implementation.
