Greeting for the day!!!

I am B. Tech Metallurgy from NIT Raipur and having experience of serving various organizations as a core metallurgical engineer in mild steel and stainless steel process.
Presently, I am designated as Executive Assistant to CMD and also heading a strategic business unit (SMS) in Viraj Profiles Ltd.
My expertise in on variable process cost reduction, yield improvement, value leakage analysis, energy consumption, SBU etc.

During my 8 yrs of experience, my tangible results to the management are-
Saving of Rs. 49 Cr in dead freight loss by convincing technically to deputy railway manger that coke rake punitive cannot be possible (Coke density vs wagon load capacity) and recived waiver of Rs. 49 Cr waiver of punitive charges.
Lower cost of sinter Rs. 3600 per ton from Rs. 4300 per ton by applying (-)3 mm anthracite coal and mix cost additional IBRM (EAF processed slag and DRI hot dust) with sinter return fines 16% only. I made possible conversion deal of sinter in between JSPL Raigah and Monnet Ispat.
In Monnet SMS, productivity increased from 15 heats / day to 18 heats per day with yield increment from 85.5% to 87.7%. Analyzed yield losses in slag, charge mix, flux and oxygen efficiency.
Increased the yield of Bar mill by 1.3% by using simple stopper at the end of bar cutting. Low end cuts.
I had a R&D project in IGCAR (Indira Gandhi Center for Atomic Research) on failure of Usha Martine coil wire rope.
My core work areas are in the field of SBU, Business planning, MD cell and cost control related opportunities.
I have ably led my role with confidence and clarity. I have been handling critical cases and addressing strategic challenges while enhancing the business development. I bear diligent attitude towards work and having interpersonal and communication skills building strong & lasting relationships.
