It involved a great deal of end user support, VIP & VVIP Support, Desktop,Laptop,Macbook,iMac,All Apple Product, MS outlook (2007,2010,2011,2013) and well command & very extensive experience in Desktop Administration also have 3+ Yrs of experience working & travelling 5+ Countries so far an understanding of the [IT Service- End User Support, Remote & Telephonic Support] industry was essential. I found this subject very stimulating.
