The event is expected to be led by the welterweight rematch between the winner of The Ultimate Fighter 5 and former title challenger Nate Diaz lightweight and featherweight champion Conor McGregor UFC.
The match previously met earlier this year at UFC 196. McGregor was expected to challenge UFC lightweight champion then Rafael dos Anjos, but dos Anjos retired due to a broken foot just 11 days before the event.
