Eleven years of hands-on experience in various Customer Service Industries has helped me to acquire good knowledge about the relevant line of business and to develop my leadership qualities in the desired path. My academic background, consistent people oriented career lines at varied work places and a short entrepreneurial tryst have contributed to chisel me into a unique management professional with administrative, leadership and people management skills.
