• Working as a SharePoint & Office 365 Technical Specialist supporting a wide range of customers across the globe.
• Responsible for developing/designing cutting edge technical solutions in Microsoft SharePoint platform based on industry standards and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• Providing end-to-end support for the customer’s SharePoint on-premises Infrastructure and Office 365 tenant.
• Mainly involved on activities such as designing and building a new SharePoint farm with High Availability and Disaster Recovery strategies, load testing and working on advising the customer for better enhancements to keep the SharePoint Farm compliant and intact.
• Designing, planning and Implementing Office 365 services for the business.
• Taking care of creating SOPs, Runbooks, Topology diagrams, New SharePoint farm proposals with depth technical explanation and being a part of business meetings with all the customers.
• End to end execution of projects which includes various phases like assessment/due diligence, designing and Configuration.
• Acting as SME for all the stakeholders to get the customer’s requirement fulfilled in terms of new projects as well as new enhancements.
• Designing and implementing integration strategies with other technologies like Office Web Apps, O365, Yammer and other third-party tools for SharePoint /Office 365.
• Working on RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information)
• Applying Agile concepts on the day to day work and ensuring that all the deliverables are delivered to the client seamlessly without any delay.
• Experience in leading various SharePoint migration projects.
• Capable to delve into the new leading Technologies and perform as a team player as well as an individual contributor.
• Responsible for overall delivery setup and execution, people and stakeholder management for the assigned software services projects/ program work streams to realize defined business outcomes with mid-sized, globally distributed teams
• Partner with Agile leads, other delivery leads, clients and other internal/ external stakeholders to drive effective adoption of best practices, deployment of processes, methodologies and tools, execution of ceremonies and to drive continuous improvement on delivery engagements
• Contribute to pre-sales and works with the legal and operations teams to ensure compliance
• Manage relationships & status reporting within the organization, with clients & applicable third parties
• Proficient in delivery and quality metrics, burn down charts, progress and status reporting
• Ability to challenge scope/ requirements and review technical/non-technical deliverables such as user documentation, estimates, Design Spec, Standard & compliances.
• Strong business communication, presentation and conflict management skills.
• Direct people management responsibilities for 5 or more people (including track leads/ other leads) and indirect responsibility/ span of 30 or more people as part of a cross functional program.
• Experience of working in a project account as a release/change/configuration manager and Incident Manager as a part Service Management Vertical
