• MEP Coordinator with more than 10+ years of solid experience in the installation of building mechanical systems related to Power plants, Cement/Minerals processing Plant, Water and Sewage treatment plants and Alternate fuels handling system.
• Review/preparation of MEP material submittals, shop drawings/coordination drawings and Installation, testing, commissioning of MEP System.
• Experience in conducting project activities, resource management, tender evaluation and contract management with a flair for adopting modern methodologies.
• Skilled in carrying out major techno-commercial functions entailing:
o Proposal Development (Technical, commercial & Priced Offer)
o Performing Tender analysis, completing pre-tender obligations, study of contractual conditions
o Preparation of cost sheet and getting approval from management
o Techno commercial interactions and negotiations with stakeholders
• Hands on experience in preparing estimates, quantity take off, bill of quantities for various clients and consultants.
• Experience in pumps, compressor, heat exchangers, generators, plumbing system including but not limited to Potable and non-potable cold and hot water system, Fountains, swimming pools, RO water, etc.
• Experience in electrical system including but not limited to Power Generation, Medium and low voltage distribution networks and equipment’s, PLC, SCADA, Lighting, UPS, CCTV, Elevators and Escalators.
• Experience in fire fighting system including pump house, selection of pumps, pipe routing, fire hydrants, auto sprinkler system in buildings and open yards, fire detection and alarm systems integrate with PLC system and all gaseous suppression systems like CO2, FM200, Inergen, Argon systems.
• Experience in pumps, compressor, heat exchangers and installation of various pipes (MS. CI, GI, HDPE, PVC), fittings, valves (Butterfly valve, Gate valve, Pressure relief valve, Air relief valve, etc.).
• ITP's, material inspection, site inspection. Material approvals, defect analysis, and diagnosis. NDT and Quality assurance works. Management activities, document control, product identification and traceability, control of non-conforming products, corrective/preventive action and control of internal quality audits and planning.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills with the ability to network with Project Members, Consultants & Contractors with ease.
• An effective communicator & team player with strong analytical, logical and problem solving abilities.
