I am having more than 23 years of experience in HR, IR,Admin,Liaison
and Facility Management dealing with different kind of Projects like
National Highways, State Highways, And Pipe lane, Power Plant Projects
etc in different locations. Likewise I am having experience in Mining
industries and other plants.
Offering over lot of experience in all facets of Human Resource
Administration functions. Presently associated with a construction
Company.

Completed Post Graduation in Public Administration, Administrative Law
as Special Subject. Proficient in ensuring smooth implementation of HR
policies for recruitment, selection, induction, orientation and
development of new employees. Gained experience of working in closes
coordination with Local leaders & People likewise bureaucrats to
complete my liaison work. I am having Sound knowledge and management
acumen in optimizing resources and maintaining HRIS (Human Resource
Information System), managing complete employee life cycle and
handling performance appraisals. Adept at managing people, maintaining
healthy employee relations, handling employee grievances thus creating
a progressive environment. An effective communicator with the ability

adhering to industry best practices.
