over last 10 years of my career, I excelled as a Zonal Business Head at idea
cellular ltd. The general responsibilities of the position included managing, planning and monitoring total pre and Post-paid mobility business of the company, which was made up of up to 7000 retails in 6 districts. Notably, I organized and oversaw the start-up of new business and attracted customers to generate a solid revenue stream. Along with the daily demands of my position, I focused on improving efficiencies of channels, reducing costs, and increasing revenues by effective use of resources. Previous to this position I worked for the TATA tale services as a Head-Revenue for West Bengal., where I managed a team of 38 employees, in west Bengal. Prior to that I was with Bharti Airtel and HLL.I have cover every corner of Eastern India. I handled all aspects of sales; this included providing training, coaching and counseling to my team. I recruited, interviewed and hired new personnel and channels in operations, sales as needed. Consistently, my efforts positively impacted my employers.
