I am a facilities services professional with over 20 years of directing and overseeing total FM
and estate operations programs in a diverse range of environments, including ‘high-tech’ super distribution centres, office buildings, shopping malls, educational/Research facilities, commercial and residential Complexes. Regions include Canada, Russia, UK and Middle East. From a solid technical and EH&S background, I have over the years developed a very comprehensive knowledge /skills base in both hard and soft services Management. I have a natural propensity for customer centric FM, and am committed to the development of a customer service culture. My approach to identification of needs is a proactive one, this is true for both corporate (strategic) and departmental (end user) needs which can often be in conflict. As such I have become an experienced manager of expectations and a developer of effective processes for the delivery of service quality and value for money. I am an advocate of continuous improvement in relation to the FM business unit and CPD for myself and my team.
Membership of , BIFM (British Institute of Facilities Management ), CIBSE (Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers) allows me to stay abreast of legal, technical and general market developments, and provides the guidance to ensure that ‘best practice ‘ is adopted in the design and execution of FM programs.
