• Responsible for Engineering operation and maintenance to ensure zero down time.
• Reducing the energy expenses without compromising the facilities to the external/internal guest.
• Ensuring the performance of Planned preventive maintenance (PPM).
• Maintaining all the records and parameters of running machineries.
• Proposing Budget for HLP and R&M.
• Upgrading the quality of services and equipments on regular basis.
• Negotiating and finalizing contracts for civil, electrical, plumbing and other mechanical works.
• Responsible for pending project work and completing the same.
• Co-ordination with other departments for smooth functioning.
• Ensuring grooming and discipline of the team members.
• Providing training to staff to create awareness on Cost control, Improving efficiency and delivering reliable services.
