I have experience of more than 18 years in Operation & Maintenance of equipments, asset management, procurement of equipment and calculation of total cost of ownership of equipment to support purchase/lease/rent decision.
As a departmental head, I was able to manage equipment asset valuing more than Rs. 200 cr. The equipment fleet consisted of Cranes, HEMM, and Highway / off highway equipments and tensioner puller.
Planning and implementation of preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance schedules to reduce cost by preventing frequent breakdown of equipment and increased machine utilization, availability, equipment reliability.
Skilled at appropriate resource allocation (men, machine and materials) to enhance operational efficiency, improve performance and reduce downtime of equipments with the aim of reducing cost, improved profitability and in time completion of projects.
To generate Key performance indicator (KPI) reports through appropriate data collection, documentation and reporting system at CMMS like SAP-PM module
Lead strategy planning team to improve KPI (Equipment utilization, reliability, availability, MTBF, MTTR), to reduce maintenance cost and down time through review and analysis of compiled data.
Evaluation and execution of training needs for O & M crew.

Procurement & sourcing of equipment, erection tools and spares and reported and reviewed various MIS
To develop alternate sourcing strategies such as import substitute / local vendor development for OEM spares.
Preparing and monitoring of budget (Capex and Maintenance) and Procurement related various MIS vs Actual cost.
