My work profile includes: Strategic planning, managing the event staff, coordinating the details of conferences, seminars, festivals and other events, hiring and training new staff, making budgets, booking venues, build connects with government officials, delegates and other stakeholders, selling sponsorships, exhibition space to potential exhibitors and report generation. All of these
responsibilities gave me valuable experience in all of the areas of event planning. I was determined to become an expert in each aspect of the job.
