DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for the filing and indexing of documents
• Registering documentation
• Prepare Work Packs in accordance with company policy
• Manage document receipts and transmittals
• Assisting management in document control and administration
• Ensure that all project correspondence is filed in accordance with company policy
• Responsible for the archiving of documents
• Handling All Types of Documents Soft Copy & Hard Copies (Mater Copy of Engineering Drawings, Technical Query, RFI, FRI, Site Instruction,
• Utilizing the effective Document Log for Identification, Recording & Tracking of Documents like Drawings, Approvals, Responses to NCR, Audit Reports, Site Modification Requests, Technical Queries, etc.
• Prepared and Maintained MASTER DOCUMENT LIST identifying outstanding submittal by company, outstanding review required by company on client comment, outstanding comment by clients including the current status of all drawings, specifications, procedures, ITP, etc. with the date issued, date received comments, and approve status.
• Co-ordination with Engineering Contractor / Consultant, Vendors and Design Cells for documentation related technical matters.
• Distributing the document to the concerned People
• Registering the incoming and outgoing documents for controlling their tractability and Filing
