as a QC Engineer in Manufacturing plant of M/s Captain Tractors pvt. Ltd.(Rajkot, Gujarat).

Key Responsibilities at Captain Tractors Pvt. Ltd.:
• To do Inspection of Incoming material and make sure that it follows Quality Standards as per R&D approved controlled copy.
• Maintaining record of Inspection reports for ISO Audit
• Handling ERP software for QC department
• Doing Production line Analysis for Quality level issues
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers relating to quality trends, performance and corrective actions.
• Verify conformance and productivity of quality engineering system through supplier audits and surveys.
• Making PPM, line rejection Analysis sheet and Doing TPM for QC Instruments .
