I believe in smart working, thinking and working differently and an asset for any company. I have a generalist profile (have handled various HR activities) in my 24 years career in various organisations like Wipro (14 years) & Orchid-Hospira-Pfizer (9 years)

I have also been responsible for Administration & Accounts and Program Management during my stints with Wipro & Orchid. This helps me in my HR jobs and gives me an niche over others.

I am also a happy-go-lucky kind of a person and like to mingle and befriend with almost everyone around.
