I am a Chartered Accountant having over 30 years of work experience (including over 18 years of post-qualification experience), in the field of Financial & strategic planning , Budgetary Control , Banking, Cash flow management, Operating & working capital management , Policies , Procedures & internal control, Accounting-IFRS/GAAP, Consolidation of Accounts, Business acquisitions/Development, Auditing & Compliance, Risk Management and administration. My working experience includes in India, Nigeria and UAE with Manufacturing, Trading, Contracting and Service sectors. At present working for one of the Sharjah based group as a Group Financial Controller for ensuring financial & accounting discipline of its operation and support in business decisions.
I have great success in management of these functions. Further, I have a good communication skills and leadership excellence.
