I am a bright and ambitious Construction Project Manager, Contracts Manager Site Supervisor, Foreman, who is not afraid to be hands on in daily activities, I have 8 years’ experience in Building and Civil projects, residential, commercial, Hi-end & low-cost housing and mixed used property developments, including concrete framed multi-story structures, timber framed structures, interior fit out, road construction, large water reticulation, sewage/waste disposal projects and renovation projects. As well as all related Quantity surveying work such as estimates, quantities ,take offs, tender documents and final accounts.

Familiar with multiple procurement routes and contract applications (NEC, FIDIC, JCT Suites, etc.).

I have applicable experience managing projects to high and exacting standards and a proven track record of ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality and within budget by effectively organizing, managing and utilizing all resources.

I am able to lead teams on varied projects and able to run multiple projects simultaneously and perform tasks as necessary. I take direction well, and work hard to manage stakeholder expectations. I am recent legal immigrant to the UK and I am willing to travel and/or spend long periods abroad, and I am currently looking for a suitable position with an employer.
