I have worked as Deputy Manager in Audit & Enterprise Risk Services (AERS) at Deloitte Haskins & Sells (Ahmedabad). I have over 8 years of composite experience with Deloitte in servicing a varied client base with a top line of Rs. 500 Cr. To Rs. 6500 Cr. My primary expertise is in Statutory Audits, Internal Audit, Consolidation Assignment, Tax Audits & Compliance Review for various Manufacturing, Engineering, Oil and Gas , Power, Pharmaceutical & other industries. I am considered to be the IFRS Expert for the IFRS Assignments.

Currently I am working as a Senior Manager in Sintex Industries Limited (Ahmedabad). I am currently having working profile of the finalisation of the annual report (Balance Sheet and Statement of Profit & Loss), Preparation of Financial Statement as per IFRS, monthly Management Information System Report (MIS), Cash Management of Sintex Industries Limited and Sintex Oil and Gas Limited.

Apart from the above, I also look after the Consolidated Financial Statements of the Sintex Group. I ensure that the Consolidated Financial Statements are prepared in accordance with the Accounting. I also review the monthly MIS Report submitted by the subsidiaries and to prepare the consolidated MIS Report on the basis of the Individual MIS Report of the subsidiaries and liaison with Statutory Auditors in respect of the Consolidated Financial Statements of the Company.
