I started by career journey with management trainee and become General Manager with my hard work & continual performance. I gained expert knowledge and handled national leadership position for more than 7 years and have covered other critical business aspects like Customer service, Business development, Business operations apart from my core abilities “Business Commercial & Revenue Assurance”

After working for reputed business houses of India for more than 15 years, Started working as business consultant since May 2012 for start-up business in India, covering entire journey from business concept framing, market search, cost benefit analysis (process measures, outsourcing, vendor selection and progress monitoring), budgeting (Projections and actual variance analysis) and and overall business management.

As an independent business consultant, successfully implemented & streamlined processes across all verticals, process automation, and financial controls for two BPOs (Domestic and International) resulted into reduction in cost, improved productivity and profitability. Completed the project during February 2015.

Worked for health care company having global networking & e-commerce platform, where I worked closely with company MD and framed end-to-end business concept, financial projections considering all cost inputs, vendor selection to cost optimization, developed business tools in close coordination with technical vendors, implemented business processes, and arranged working capital for the company. Completed the project during November 2016.

Working for one construction project (Commercial & Residential) , primary responsible for Bills payable and receivable management and manage cash flow for the Company.
