By thinking about my future and what is my dream job and which dreams I want definitely to realize. I'm more from the possibilities and opportunities start thinking and come to the conclusion that there is always a solution and get it clear what you want. In addition to a nice and challenging job, also may contribute to improving the (business) processes and educated the new entrants by my knowledge and experience to share. This gives me new energy and confidence, but also the confidence to mirror myself and improve. From this principle people experience me as trustworthy, honest, thorough, knowledgeable, experienced, and someone with a healthy dose of humor. To achieve the project milestones and results, I have a customer-friendly approach and an open and positive way of thinking. Through good communication, I create support and consensus. But my ability to think creatively and critically, I use where necessary to achieve the desired result and also to get the best out of people and myself. All this with a positive outlook on life.
